Since December 2007, I have been a permanent staff researcher at Commissariat à l'Energie Atomique et aux Energies Alternatives.
I have been working at Service de Recherches de Métallurgie Physique,
a lab devoted to the study of irradiation damage in materials.
My activity deals with the description of defects in insulating materials from computer simulations.
Semiconductors and insulating materials require a special care, since the standard first-principle approaches fail in describing their band structure.
I am also interested in semiconductor materials for the photovoltaic energy.
